EYELID SURGERY RESULTS IN STILL DROOPING EYELIDS

I had asked a question here earlier, as to why I am getting hardly any/no results from a lower facelift and upper/lower eyelid surgery. (I also had a lower facelift and my ears pinned back all at once.) My eyelids still droop, and I still have bags. I am 54. HIV+, healthy. Have had other surgeries w/no problems. It turns out the doctor admitted he FORGOT to do the lower eyes, and told me the upper lids still droop because when you take out skin, it pulls the brown down. What!?!?!! By that logic, every newscaster and Hollywood star wood have droopy lids. He has now offerd to do lower lids and throw in a free brow lift and the operation that prevents you from frowning between your eyes (where they usually put the Botox between your eyebrows). QUESTION: Is he covering up for an also botched upper eyelid job?

According to the picture shown, there is still excess skin noted only in the lateral portion of the upper eyelids. This can be addressed through a simple local excision of excess skin. (more)

I read about your problem and instantly recognized your problem.
I had the same until about 2 years ago.
After a long time of searching who could help me I went to Dr. Meronk in California, he is
specialized in eye surgery, and also does eyelid fat graft reconstruction.
