According to the picture shown, there is still excess skin noted only in the lateral portion of the upper eyelids. This can be addressed through a simple local excision of excess skin.

According to the picture shown, there is still excess skin noted only in the lateral portion of the upper eyelids. This can be addressed through a simple local excision of excess skin. There does not appear to be a botched upper eyelid surgery according to the pictures. In my estimation, you do not need a brow lift unless you only want to address the corrugator frown lines. You might also consider a canthoplasty or canthopexy to bring up the lower eyelids. The lower outer corners have been pulled down.
