Fat will look and feel very natural (because it is natural) while fillers will be useful in smaller volumes and can feel hard/heavy. Fat will be much cheaper over time than fillers, especially if using similar volumes. Fat can not only restore volume and shape, it can actually make the overlying skin look healthier. Fillers don't do this. The only advantage fillers have over fat is that they have a little less downtime initially. In order to achieve this effect, you face must receive a significant volume of your stem cell containing fat. When done well this effect should be permanent, i.e. you should should better 10 years from than you look today.
