First, is this a plastic surgeon or a wannabe plastic surgeon?
You have several issues going on.
You have injury to the frontal branch of your facial nerve. This nerve allows for the eyebrow to elevate. If you are lucky, the injury resulted from retraction and stretching the nerve, and will therefore regenerate in time. You should see some twitching of the muscle in a month or so. If you are unlucky, the nerve was cut, and this may be permanent. Only time will tell.
You also have sensory nerve injury, therefore numbness around the mouth. I can't diagnose which nerve as I have too little information. This should self correct over time.
Finally, the pigmentaton should improve over time. It is due to bruising under the skin.
Hope this helps.
