what does ipl do for facial skin besides remove hair. Also,i have sensitive skin so surgical dermabraison is a no no,what else makes the skin whiter and smoother and removes redness and freckles and spots

I agree with Wendy. IPL is a great procedure for improving redness and pigmentation issues - I have personally had excellent results with the Palomar StarLux system.
