I had Fraxel re:pair done 6 mos ago. Ruined my skin. Can I do microdermabrasion or peel to help?

46 years old. skin is wrinkled more and feels dead. is there anything that will help or will it only make it worse?

I am so sorry that you have had a poor result after Fraxel therapy. Fraxel is a tool that has a steep learning curve to master, and is not appropriate treatment for all skin types. As (more)

Fat grafting (fat injections) have the potential to help with laser damage because there are some stem cells in the fat. So, I would suggest you look into fat transfer to the face. Ideally with a doc who is not a heavy promoter of LASERS and who has a lot of experience in using f/gs to address laser damage.
