You're going to want to use gentle exfoliating products. You are correct in not using Retin-A, it's not good for Rosacea. You want to look for a gentle Glycolic exfoliate that won't irritate. I recommend Liposome Fruit Elixir to my clients with Rosacea and it works great. Make sure to follow it with a moisturizer too! You can find it here:
