can I use nose fillers to better sculpt my nose after a bad rhinoplasty?
I cannot afford another rhinoplasty at the moment. Can a filler be a temp resolution for now? My surgeon added a piece of cartilage to the tip which makes my profile look too upturned. It also makes a dint in my nose. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I treat cases like your on a daily basis. Temporary or permanent fillers can correct the kind of post rhinoplasty poor outcome you are talking about safely and effectively. You should go to someone who is very experienced in non surgical rhinoplasty, since post surgical cases are somewhat more complicated.
