Chin enhancement best option?
So I have a weak chin and I have never been happy with it. What are the best options for a chin enhancement? all I really want is for it to portrude out a little more. As for the shape of it across my face I don't mind it as it is now. as I understand there are 2 options to do it - the inside incision procedure or the external incision procedure.

What do you think is best? (my chin also in the pic so you'll see what I mean)

You also have a third option-fillers. There are some excellent fillers that will give you an instant effect with no down time.
As far as the incision approach, I prefer an under the chin access, since the chance of infection is almost nil.
Good luck from NYC.

dr grossman is right. fillers is a viable third option for you. i usually radiesse for chin augmentation, but perlane is also an option. the advantage of fillers is that you can get a subtle augmentation and we can shape the chin as well. results are visible immediately and there is no downtime.

Chin implant with the external (under chin) approach is the safest and most precise. Recovery is quick and results are permanent, unless you don't like it and removing the implant later is easy, but rarely necessary.
