BOTOX is not advisable to be used in this situation, Why all the trauma? Are you a wrestler?

Ha I ought to have been.. I grew up with a bent nose, that's why at 17 I had the rhinoplasty. Over the years any slight knock I had broke my nose through having a deformaty as a child. I was recently assaulted by a family member, Proper in bits, already been told by a private constultant, would be wise to leave it. Gutted because. My nose is my face and at 38 I feel like the kid growing up.. NITEMARE. If not botox.. Is there any creams I cud buy to helf the swelling? And if not shrink the scar tissue build up?

No, Botox will not help. A course of steroids will.

Over the internet hard to advise. Best to seek a few IN PERSON evaluations Good luck.

Dr. Grossman is right - I would suggest several sessions of Kenalog injections to the tip of your nose.
