rhinoplasty/chin  December 3, 2012 12:53 PM

Chin augmentation appears to be needed for the improvement in the profile. The nose is a bit too wide.
If one procedure is on your mind, go with the chin.
Good luck from NYC

Your profile can be improved non surgically as well. Filler can increase the projection of your chin and camouflage the bump of your nose. The procedure is relatively easy and free of downtime and risk. You may get a bruise, but that's pretty much it. There is a variety of fillers we can use. The temporary ones last 8 to 12 months and some are even reversible at any time. There is also a permanent filler that will do the job and last for many years. Consult with a doctor who is an experienced injector.
