I use LED lights as well to shorten recovery and reduce swelling after procedures like injections and lasers.
I think that it is certainly worth it.

I have yet to see LED work on the skin or for pain  July 19, 2012 2:18 AM

There are so many LED devices and treating protocols: responses have been:
1can't help but wonder if it is grown adults who use these.
2So LED Light Therapy doesn't work.
3Oh the money you can make when your a professional liar.
4 quack! quack!!
5devices for home use have gotten 3 out of 5 stars.
I would stay away from these for right now!
