About ten years ago I was in an accident and my cheek was hit I was left with an indention appearing as a deep dimple when I smile about six months ago I went to a PS and he removed the scar tissue from the muscle I still have a slight appearance of a dimple when I smile I was wondering what else can do to get my full previous appearance back when I smile back

Try fillers or fat grafts. Or another surgery. Best of luck.

You should try fillers first. Its easy, temporary and inexpensive. Also, some collagen stimulation occurs and I have seen cases where the indent never comes back after an injection of Juvederm. Be sure to find an experienced injector.
