How can I get the area under my chin and neck tighter?
I would like the area under my chin to be tighter (see photo). What options would be appropriate for me?

You have mild laxity in this area, so I think you would get good results from one of the radiofrequency skin tightening devices on the market. I have been working with Thermage for many years. Results vary between individuals, but should quite good for someone with mild laxity like yourself. The other benefit to Thermage in that area is that you can treat the jaw line at the same time. Skin tightening around the jawline will give it more definition which makes one's face look younger. Ultrasound based devices are also on the market, but they are new and I'm not sure of their efficacy.
