Non surgical treatments such as thermage
I'm looking for a non-surgical option to get rid of saggy skin and wrinkles and my dermatologist suggested Thermage & eMatrix. I was wondering if such a combo would be beneficial. Looking for honest answers. I posted a question however plastic surgons' response is don't waste $$. I don't want to see a knife.

We use Thermage in my practice and I have seen good but subtle results for patients with mild skin laxity. If you have more than mild sagging I would not recommend it. One way to be sure is to get a few opinions. I'd be happy to give you an opinion if you send pictures through the website at westsideaesthetics.com

You don't kneed a knife. Look into fat grafting, it can make you look a lot younger and for a long time too.
Examine photos ar www.drgrossman.com.
Most of them are at least 1 year out and many are more than 6 years after the procedure.

In my opinion and after 30 years of age related surgery experience, except for some types of laser rejuvination, which is not ideal, I have seen nothing that works for your problem but time honored and high quality surgical correction. Either choose this or live happily as you are. Thermage and eMatrix will not get you what you want and would not be offered by a reputable surgeon.
