Indentation Scar on Nose
I went to a Derm who zapped a bump off my nose. It left me with an small indented scar with a small pit/hole in the middle. Went back to the derm, he said to leave it alone and to him it was hardly noticeable. Went to a PS who also said it's slight and best to leave it alone. It's past the healing stage, it's been 9 mo's now. I also tried a peel and it didn't help. It glares at me every time I wash my face. The skin also looks like a white patch in the sunlight. It wouldn't bother me if it wasn't on the tip of my nose. Who can help me, if the PS and Derm make light of it. I've read Dermabrasion will help, should I seek out someone willing to do it?

Its tough to say without pictures, but I would also consider filling the dent. I have had good success with filling small contour irregularities of the nose with Radiesse or Perlane. The tip is tougher than the bridge, but still possible.

The scar on the tip of the nose can be improved by deraberasion or laser resurfacing.
Two weeks of healing and red nose for 3 months.

I hope I can find someone to do Dermabrasion or Fraxel. I've read about filling indentations but mine is not deep or wide enough for filling, or so I've been told by another Dr.
