If done properly it should not cause any fat loss.

I agree with Dr. Naderi. I have never heard of Fractional Skin Resurfacing causing fat loss. Go to an experienced practitioner and you should be OK.

I would not do fraxel and fat transfer at the same time.....

I had fillers and my doctor did one fraxel Restore and my skin is terrible...

Fraxel coagulates blood vessels and causes an immune response so your skin will eleminate the material...The area I had filler is more damaged than the rest of my face.....

I would do good old CO2 and fat grafting...Skip the fraxel..Marketing hype....

Deeper is not safer!!!!

you need good blood flow for the fat to take...

Not enough known about fraxel why risk it you will have down time with the fat anyway..Why not do the co2...tried and true..

If fraxel goes wrong it leaves holes indentions ect..You will look like you have acne scars ect...

The most common complication with CO2 is hypopigmentation given the choice...

I would rather have a lighter face than holes and acne looking scars...

Doctors are more experienced and will know how to treat an complication if it occurs with CO2....My fraxelrestore was two years ago and I haven't wanted to leave my house since....Nobody knows how to fix it....
