What kind of cosmetic surgeries are available for PPP?
I was recently (January) circumcised for medical reasons. Since then, I noticed that I had some bumps growing around the corona of my penis. However, they have gotten to a point where they cause severe discomfort and I have actually had a girl turn away in revolt. I need to know what kind of surgery is available for this. It is extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing to have these pearly penile papules.

Your condition may have NOTHING to do with the circumcision, rather it could be you life style.
YOU NEED TO SEE A UROLOGIST ASAP. YOUR PROBLEMS ARE NOT SOLVED ON THE INTERNET.

You should first get yourself checked out by your primary care doctor, who may send you on to a urologist. If what you have is PPP, then treatment should be fairly straightforward. I would recommend CO2 laser - a couple of sessions should be all you need. Pain is minimal. Redness and swelling last a few days, but resolve quickly.
