i would be really careful about bio-alcamid. there have been some really awful side effects reported and i believe that it has been banned in several countries. if you're looking for a permanent filler, i would consider aquamid instead. it is safer, in my opinion. in any case, make sure to go to an experienced doctor.

also, bioalcamid is not fda approved, so you cannot get it in the USA

DON'T EVEN THINK OF GETTING IT. I GOT A STAFF INFECTION ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE. I HAD TO HAVE PUS DRAINED FROM MY FACE 2X A WEEK. THE SIDE OF MY FACE LOST SKIN. IT MIGRATES TO OTHER AREAS OF THE FACE. ITS THE WORST FILLER OUT THERE. ITS NOT SAFE AND NOT LEGAL. I WON'T SAY THE NAME OF THE DR IN MANHATTAN I WENT TO. THERE ARE SAFER FILLERS OUT THERE. I WOULDN'T WANT ANYONE TO GO THRU WHAT I WENT THRU.
