rhinoplasty  October 13, 2009 2:42 PM

When you look at your profile the relative size of the nose and chin affect each other. Some people with a normal nose think they need a reduction but what they really need is chin augmentation. When you visit your plastic surgeon they will evaluate this for you and recommend what would work out best for you.

My suggestion!  October 13, 2009 6:26 PM

You could try growning a neat goatee, trimmed close to the face. It can disguise what you percieve to be a long chin and or nose. I've seen lots of guys who look better and quite attractive when changing to this look. This is the most simple solution and since you are already above average in looks this could do the trick!

Nose Job  December 20, 2009 10:21 PM

You appear to have a bulbous tip with a significant narrow but elevated dorsal hump. A rhinoplasty (nose job) can refine and narrow the tip and lower and straighten the hump.

I do not think you need ANYTHING done to your chin. But if you insisted on having something done, I would do it AFTER reaching the nose you like and comparing your chin to the new nose.

Good Luck.
