Bulbous tip correction  June 20, 2009 2:13 PM

Medically speaking - the width of your lower lateral cartilages (LLC) are narrowed with a cephalic rim resection. The LLC's are then shaped with intercartilagenous stitches. The tip is DE-rotated with a combination of partial transfixion incision, hidden tip projection graft and suture from the combined tip complex to the leading edge of the septal cartilage. Dr. P. Aldea.
