porter ranch, CA how is an Upturned and bulbous nose fixed?
I have a unturned nose from the side angle you can tell but its also bulbous and round from the front. How can this be fixed and is it possible? I would like a better side profile but also a better front profile. Please help thanks!!

Medically speaking - the width of your lower lateral cartilages (LLC) are narrowed with a cephalic rim resection. The LLC's are then shaped with intercartilagenous stitches. The tip is DE-rotated with a combination of partial transfixion incision, hidden tip projection graft and suture from the combined tip complex to the leading edge of the septal cartilage. Dr. P.
